About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of New Jersey and I want to help you achieve optimum mental health while building better relationships. I have worked in social services for more than 25 years. My extensive background includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families navigate life challenges. My experience includes helping with a variety of troubling feelings related to anxiety, depression, life stressors, grief and loss as well as trauma. Together we will explore your needs, identify strengths and review what is and is not working.
I provide meaningful and effective care to individuals and couples by taking a strengths-based, person centered approach while providing support and encouragement. My goal is to help you build confidence and feel encouraged that you can successfully navigate life transitions. I’m a great listener, naturally optimistic, and enjoy helping people.
