About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Over my career, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and substance use concerns. I'm particularly passionate about helping people heal from past wounds, rebuild their sense of self-worth, and develop healthier relationships.
My approach is grounded in understanding the unique contexts of each person's life. I work with clients on a wide range of concerns—including family dynamics, grief, attachment patterns, workplace stress, and major life transitions like divorce or becoming a parent. I'm especially committed to supporting women's experiences, including postpartum challenges, sexual assault recovery, and navigating identity within multicultural contexts.
I believe in meeting you where you are with warmth, respect, and genuine care. Whether you're working through codependency, processing trauma, or finding your voice after silence, I'm here to help you move toward healing and wholeness. Taking that first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you.
