About me
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on creating real, sustainable change—not just insight. I frequently work with clients who have been misdiagnosed or feel discouraged by past therapy experiences. I value creating a space where clients feel understood and supported as they begin to experience real improvement—whether that means reducing severe symptoms, rebuilding motivation, or making changes that significantly improve daily life.
Anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD can affect your thoughts, relationships, and sense of self in ways that are often misunderstood. You may not have all the answers, but you know something isn’t feeling right. That’s a meaningful place to start. I work with individuals ages 17-75 who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, co-dependency, addiction, college stress, and personality or mood challenges. I support both highly motivated, driven clients and those who feel burned out, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I also have a strong background working with Veterans and First Responders and hold deep respect for these communities.
I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to therapy and focus on helping you make real, practical changes in your life—not just gain insight. I have advanced training in anxiety, trauma, anger management, and working with first responders, and I use these tools to support you in feeling more grounded, confident, and empowered.
I have in-office locations in Tempe and Paradise Valley and also work remote.
