About me
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on creating real, sustainable change—not just insight. I frequently work with clients who have been misdiagnosed or feel discouraged by past therapy experiences. I value creating a space where clients feel understood and supported as they begin to experience real improvement—whether that means reducing severe symptoms, rebuilding motivation, or making changes that significantly improve daily life. I have in-office locations in Tempe and Paradise Valley and also work remote.
Anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD often show up in ways that are misunderstood. You don’t need all the answers to know something needs to change. I work with individual clients who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, co-dependency, addiction, college life issues, personality and mood disorders, and the emotional impact of medical/autoimmune conditions. I support clients who are highly driven and successful, as well as those struggling with low motivation, burnout, or difficulty getting started.
I have extensive experience working with Veterans and First Responders and remain deeply committed to these communities.
I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), Level II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), Certified Specialist in Anger Management (CSAM), and Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC).
