About me
I am a licensed professional counselor. I have 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with ADHD, anxiety, Autism, life transitions, depression, anger, parenting issues, and trauma.
I have a passion for helping others to find what they want and help them to find what they need to do to achieve that. I am bilingual and able to work with Spanish speaking clients. I use a variety of treatment techniques, including person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other treatments as the client needs. In addition, I working with families who are affected by the autoimmune disease PANDAS.
