I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience treating individuals, couples, and groups of women. My areas of specialty include life transitions and losses, spiritual trauma and women impacted by the emotional or sexual betrayal of a partner.

My approach to treating clients is grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices and centers on safety, collaboration, and honoring each person’s pace and unique story. I take time to truly understand your experiences have impacted your mind, body, and emotions and affected you relationships and sense of meaning. Together we will create a unique plan that supports your individual needs and healing, increases emotional regulation and promotes meaningful, sustainable change.
