About me
I believe meaningful change begins with a shift in perspective. My mission is to empower individuals, couples, and families to develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and living. Through compassionate, client-centered therapy, I'll help you address life’s challenges and build resilience for the future.
I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can gain clarity, strengthen confidence, and make meaningful, lasting changes. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or major life transitions, I am here to help you shift your mind — and transform your life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana, with several years of experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges. My areas of focus include behavior concerns, stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting challenges, substance use, and everyday life stressors.
I am dedicated to working collaboratively with my clients to create an open, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where thoughts and feelings can be explored freely. My goal is to provide a supportive space that empowers you to heal, grow, and make meaningful, lasting change.
