About me
I am a warm and collaborative therapist in Chicago and virtual with a special interest in working with adults in their 20s and 30s.
Are you an in your 20s and 30s and curious about therapy or interested in trying therapy again? I have a special interest in working with adults in these age groups as you start or go through school, adjust to relocation, figure out relationships, or experience challenges with work and purpose.
I have a particular interest in transitions such as school, career decisions, relationships, relocations, and questions about identity and direction. Therapy offers a space to slow down and explore what you are experiencing without judgment or pressure.
Together we create a space that is just for you. In our work, you can talk openly about what is on your mind, gain insight into your thoughts and emotions, and begin to understand yourself more fully. My role is to listen closely, offer perspective, and support you as you identify your own goals and move toward the life you want to build.
You are an expert in yourself, and I bring in knowledge and ideas to walk with you. I blend methods such as DBT and ACT with breathwork and somatic practice to create a toolkit that is unique to each client. My graduate education from University of Chicago and undergraduate education from Northwestern University combine with ongoing training to allow me to bring in a personalized level of care.
Clients seek therapy with me for anxiety, depression, and other mood concerns, relationship concerns, family dynamics, loss, and more. Transition times activate these concerns, and I often particularly focus on graduate school, career stress, relocation, and relationship concerns, among other transitions.
Email or text me to get started,
I work with Aetna, BCBS PPO, and private pay.
I also offer custom care/concierge care for those wanting more personalized, flexible support.
