About me
I'm a therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and self-esteem concerns, and I'm particularly skilled in helping people process trauma and history of abuse.
My areas of focus include social anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, grief from divorce and loss, attachment challenges, and trauma recovery. I also specialize in supporting survivors of child abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence, individuals managing chronic illness, caregivers facing burnout, and those working through family dynamics—including blended family and adoption-related issues. I'm experienced in supporting first responders, immigrants navigating complex transitions, and women addressing identity and life stage concerns.
I approach therapy with cultural sensitivity and a person-centered perspective. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your values and experiences, and collaborating with you to create meaningful change at your own pace. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where you feel truly heard and supported.
I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, and I'm committed to making therapy accessible and respectful of your unique background and needs.
