I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to clients.

I gently guide my clients on a journey of self exploration, helping them reconnect to their internal resources, strengths, and intuition. My goal is to help clients heal their pain and embrace the life they envision for themselves. I understand that this can be a daunting task because life challenges can pile upon each other. That is why I create a nurturing and supportive environment where you can feel empowered and safe to explore your emotions, thoughts and experiences without judgment. My priority is for you to feel heard, seen, and understood.

I have accompanied a diverse range of clients and couples on their journey of healing. I have specialized training in working with neurodivergent adults on the Autism Spectrum as well as those with ADHD.
