I am a therapist who has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families with a focus on trauma and making connections for wellness.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Substance Abuse Counselor offering strengths-based, client-centered therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families through telehealth and outpatient settings. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Therapy, Crisis Response Treatment, and Substance Abuse therapies. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including play therapy, CBT, solution-focused, and mindfulness interventions and have experience with diverse populations across the lifespan treating a variety of life’s challenges.
