I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner based in Southern California. I am experienced having worked in community mental health and telehealth working with children 12+, adolescents, and adults.
I’m Lisa, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Southern California. Life can feel overwhelming, and many people are experiencing sadness, anxiety, or trouble sleeping. Are you dealing with things that make everyday life difficult? You don’t have to face it alone. I work with teens and adults to understand what’s getting in the way, set meaningful goals, and build tools that help you move through life with more confidence, clarity, and resilience
I work with children beginning at age 12, adolescents ages 13-17, and adults 18-100. I combine evidence-based psychotherapy with medication management when appropriate, partnering with you to set clear goals and move toward meaningful outcomes. My priority is helping you build practical skills, restore balance, and reclaim a sense of purpose in daily life.
My practice is built around creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe healing happens when you can show up as your full self without judgment, pressure, or expectations.
