Great to meet you! I have a Master's degree in Psychology. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. I am also a Child Mental Health Specialist with a background in teaching. My specialty is childhood trauma, (children and adults), grief and PTSD Nero divergent individuals such as ADHD, OCD, Autism spectrum I practice from a systems perspective incorporating a systemic approach. I help clients look at all aspects of life current and past, to assist them with identifying where I can support them to have fuller, more satisfying experiences and relationships. I support clients empowering themselves
Together we will explore what goals best meet your needs and discuss a treatment plan for how your goals can best be achieved. There are various techniques that I utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person centered therapy.
I understand that all of us can have some unexpected setbacks or would like to work on past experiences. I am here to help you achieve your vision. I am also a Clinical Supervisor and can supervise individuals accruing hours for state licensure.
