About me
The one thing we all have in common is that none of us gets through this life unscathed. We all seek to reduce our anxiety and depression and want to win our battle with things like PTSD and depression. As a counselor, I believe YOU are the expert in your life and want to ensure I create a safe, judgment free space where you can be your authentic self and pursue your therapy goals at a pace that is comfortable for you. I am trained in Complex PTSD, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I work with individual clients 18 years+ and couples through a treatment lens that fits the client best. As a 27+ year retired military member, I understand the unique challenges we face and specialize in working with active duty and retired military, veterans from all eras, family members and our community's first responders and healthcare workers.
