About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, emotional dysregulation and relationship issues.
Perhaps you’ve been noticing an increase in anxiety or situational stressors for some time, or you’re managing a transition in your professional or personal life and need a warm, non-judgmental space to process the complex emotions showing up. Maybe you’re navigating these feelings for the first time, or you’ve noticed that they are interfering significantly with your pursuits or relationships. You’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck and seeking more options for how to respond and move through the current barriers. You’ve come to the right place.
Anxiety and emotional distress can leave us feeling confined, unbalanced, and disconnected from our core selves, as well as limited in our interactions with others. Maybe you’re lacking confidence in an important domain of life and looking to gain clarity and cultivate strategies to help you cope with the current challenges.
Clients come to me looking for a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, because therapy should be a place for you to feel fully heard and supported, and to receive information and direct feedback that is tailored to your specific situation. Sessions with me are flexible, yet focused and we will always keep your particular goals at the forefront. Through the establishment of an authentic, trusting bond and at your pace, we’ll work towards understanding the deeper complexities of your experience and practice an array of skills and strategies to help you move through points of challenge.
I acknowledge that it may be difficult to take this next step and start to the process of exploration. As a licensed clinical psychologist, experienced at working with adolescents and adults managing anxiety and emotional dysregulation, I believe in tailoring the therapy process to each client’s past experiences and current stressors and roadblocks. Reach out today (or visit my website) to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. I’m excited to get started.
