About me
Hello and welcome. I am interested in working with adolescents and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns and/or a desire for greater self-understanding and well being. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate the journey of becoming parents and the ongoing work of parenting. In the past few years I have spent time working with refugee families. It has been a true joy working with people from diverse backgrounds and I hope to continue supporting our new neighbors on their journey to stability and belongingness.
I believe in the power of connection as a source of healing and wellness. The ability to trust oneself and develop healthy attachments to others are skills that I model and promote with my clients. I utilize evidence-based techniques and a trauma-informed approach combined with the art of relating to others with empathy, respect and positive communication.
I am committed to creating a safe space where we can explore thoughts, feelings, strengths, goals and challenges. My goal is to provide an inclusive environment that promotes growth and healing. Please reach out via email or phone if you would like to learn more about me and my approach. I look forward to connecting.
