About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
I provide compassionate care in a welcoming environment, including a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, grief/loss, OCD, ADD/ADHD, as well as parenting and family issues. I take an individualized approach with each client using a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral, meditation/mindfulness, and emotion regulation.
