About me
Hello, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received a Master of Science degree in Guidance and Counseling and Graduate Certificate in Dynamics of Domestic & Family Violence from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston. I have been working with individuals with mental health challenges since 2017. I am passionate about supporting individuals in achieving mental wellness and overall well-being.
Throughout my professional career, I have worked in the school setting and community mental health agencies. The diverse settings enhanced and strengthened my ability to connect with
clients of diverse backgrounds to tailor supports that meet each individual's needs. I work with clients on a variety of issues including anxiety, family conflicts, anger management, self-
esteem, behavior modification, stress management and more.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in client-centered care and integrates evidence-based practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe in empowering clients by helping
them recognize their strengths, develop emotional resilience, and find solutions that promote lasting well-being when faced with life's challenges. My goal is to help you, the client, navigate
life’s difficulties with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion—fostering both personal and relational growth. My aim is to ensure you feel heard, valued, and supported as you take this important step toward growth and healing.
