Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, Lindsy uses powerful therapeutic techniques that alleviate symptoms and clear the path to joy, stronger relationships, and personal growth. Her academic journey in Psychology and Counseling at the University of Northern Colorado laid the foundation for her impactful career. She completed her internship at Banner Behavioral Health in Colorado and later worked at Aurora Behavioral Health in Peoria. Lindsy cultivated her skills at The Meadows Treatment Center, where she held roles including Intake Interventionist, Primary Therapist, and Trauma Therapist. Throughout this time, she underwent transformative training in Post-Induction Therapy (PIT), earned certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), became a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). With her extensive expertise and compassionate approach, Lindsy is unwavering in her dedication to guiding her patients toward overcoming obstacles and creating positive change.
