About me
I'm so glad you're here! I specialize in working with adults navigating chronic health differences, trauma, people-pleasing, over-functioning patterns, and emotional exhaustion.
Many of the people I work with live with chronic health differences which can impact every part of life: relationships, identity, self-esteem, and the sense of belonging in your own body. People living with a health difference or disability can carry experiences of medical trauma, emotional invalidation, burnout, anxiety, or feeling deeply misunderstood by others.
As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), I understand firsthand the complexity of living in a body that can feel misunderstood. My approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed, integrating IFS and EMDR to help you develop a more compassionate relationship with your inner world, and a more authentic relationship to your external world.
