About me
I bring 17 years of experience as a social worker, supporting individuals and families through seasons of change, crisis, and growth. I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the stress of balancing multiple responsibilities. I have a special passion for helping single parents feel seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we focus on your strengths, set practical goals, and use a strengths-based approach combined with CBT to build tools that help you feel grounded, capable, and more confident in your daily life.
I believe therapy should be a safe space to breathe, reflect, and rediscover your strength. I understand how challenging it can be to keep showing up for everyone else while trying to hold yourself together. Asking for help takes courage, and I offer a caring, nonjudgmental space to find balance, clarity, and confidence in your next steps. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
