Lindsay Stallings is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over a decade of experience in the mental health field, known for her compassion, empathy, and commitment to her clients' well-being. Nationally board-certified and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Lindsay is dedicated to providing trauma-informed care that helps clients process distressing memories, alleviating the impact of trauma, grief, and loss. She is a skilled and gifted clinician who finds fulfillment in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals through a supportive and personalized approach.
Lindsay completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Messiah College and her master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University. She brings her expertise to a wide range of clients, including children, young women, expectant mothers, couples, and individuals facing challenges related to trauma and loss. Her therapeutic style is holistic, integrating mind, body, and spirit, while drawing on humanistic principles that encourage each client’s potential for growth and rational decision-making. Lindsay employs a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Reality Therapy techniques, allowing her to tailor her approach to each client’s unique needs.
In the counseling process, Lindsay is dedicated to building a collaborative relationship where achievable goals are developed, and effective resources are explored. Outside of her professional life, Lindsay enjoys creative pursuits, decorating, and spending time with her family, bringing a sense of warmth and creativity to her work that fosters a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.
