About me
I am an experienced therapist who is dedicated to meeting my clients where they are and working with them to achieve their goals.
I specialize in working with women struggling with anxiety, depression, struggles with self-esteem and setting boundaries. I have also done extensive work around surviving narcissistically abusive relationships and antagonistic relational stress; I am certified in this area as a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). I have been told I have an authentic, genuine style. I enjoy the healing that using humor brings to sessions! I am trained in Brainspotting for trauma.
Outside of work, I find great joy in spending time with my husband and our dog, Journey. I also enjoy spending time in nature and gardening.
