About me
I am a licensed therapist who works with youth and adults in learning about and managing impacts of depression, anxiety, and trauma or distressing experiences. I offer trauma focused care, and am invested in supporting my clients create and maintain a healthy and productive life.
Counseling is known as a stepping stone to a more peaceful, meaningful life. It is my honor to work with individuals to pave their pathway to a more fulfilling and satisfying state of being. My professional background includes working with adults and youth with serious mental illness, trauma, and depression/anxiety. My passions include trauma work, mindfulness, creative therapies, stress management, and family systems. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to support individuals in strengthening safety and security within their true self, and connecting to the brighter side of life.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore stressors, challenges, and anxieties that individuals face throughout the course of their development. I am trained in TF-CBT to support youth in working through traumatic experiences, and to learn skills to manage effects of trauma. I teach mindfulness and relaxation interventions for daily stress management.
