I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker, fully licensed in Florida and Tennessee, who is dedicated to helping military members, veterans, first responders, and parents navigate life's challenges with compassion, resilience, and practical support.

If you serve others for a living—whether in the military or as a first responder—you are often expected to stay strong, push through stress, and handle difficult situations without slowing down. Over time, those experiences can take a toll. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or struggling with trauma, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with three years of clinical experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. I am especially passionate about working with active duty service members, veterans, firefighters, law enforcement officers, and EMS professionals.

My connection to these communities is both professional and personal. As the wife of a veteran and the daughter of a retired firefighter, I understand the culture, expectations, and unique pressures that often come with these roles. I have experience working with clients navigating trauma, PTSD, relationship stress, and parenting challenges.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual.Therapy should be a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to provide a supportive, respectful environment where you can process difficult experiences, strengthen resilience, and develop practical tools to navigate life both on and off duty.
