About me
I work with adolescents and adults to help alleviate suffering, enhance growth, and teach skills that foster positive changes.
I operate from a trauma-informed lens recognizing that traumatic impact underpins many mental health struggles. My area of focus includes challenges associated with ADHD, anxiety, grief, depression, attachment, adoption, and interpersonal relationships. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associated (LCSWA) in the State of North Carolina.
As a psychodynamic therapist the core of my work is developing an authentic, compassionate relationship. I take a holistic approach that integrates physical, mental, spiritual, and social dimensions while promoting individual strengths. I utilize evidence-based strategies to work through a variety of issues to help clients achieve their goals.
I love people and desire to see them thrive, but life is challenging and at some point, most of us hit a roadblock that finds us needing a safe and supportive relationship to express and process difficulties. If there is a way that I can walk alongside you on your path towards healing, please reach out to me.
