About me
With over 15 years of experience supporting emotional and personal growth, I’ve spent much of my career helping people navigate life’s challenges, relationships, personal struggles, and seasons of change. Through years of one-on-one mentoring, leading groups, and walking alongside people through difficult times, I’ve learned how important it is to have a safe place where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana and Texas with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with teenagers, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, family conflict, grief, self-esteem, and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe everyone’s experiences are unique, and I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes, having someone walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges can make all the difference.
