About me
I'm a therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with older adults and have developed deep expertise in helping people navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and the complex emotions that arise during major life transitions.
My approach is grounded in compassion and a genuine commitment to understanding your unique story. I specialize in supporting clients through a wide range of concerns—including grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem struggles, social anxiety, grief following loss, and the specific challenges women face across different life stages. I also work with individuals healing from trauma, abuse, and sexual assault, as well as those navigating addiction, family dynamics, and identity questions.
Whether you're facing a midlife transition, processing past wounds, managing mood or anxiety challenges, or working through relationship patterns, I'm here to help you find clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of self-compassion. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you with honesty, respect, and genuine care as you move toward healing and growth.
