About me

I am an experienced psychotherapist who works with adults of all ages, I especially enjoy working with women navigating the transitions of midlife and later life. I see clients by telehealth across Minnesota. Weekday daytime openings available
now.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Minnesota with over ten years of clinical experience. My approach is compassionate, warm, and collaborative. You don't need to come to therapy knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. We'll start where you are, reflect on what you're experiencing, and work together to find new perspectives and practical ways of coping with life's challenges.

Changes in health, family relationships, work, retirement, or an empty nest can leave you wondering, “What does the next part of my life look like?” You may feel lonely, overwhelmed, discouraged, or disconnected from the person you used to be. Sometimes the hardest part is realizing that the future looks different from what you once imagined.

So often, we spend our time carrying not only our own difficulties but also the needs and worries of those around us. Therapy offers a space dedicated just to you, a place to explore your fears, hopes, desires, and goals. Together, we can untangle how past experiences may be affecting your life today while developing greater clarity about what you want for yourself moving forward.

My approach is compassionate, warm, and collaborative. You don't need to come to therapy knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. We'll start where you are, reflect on what you're experiencing, and work together to find new perspectives and practical ways of coping with life's challenges.

Together, we'll work toward helping you adjust to what has changed without losing sight of what is still possible. That may mean strengthening relationships, adapting to health or physical limitations, discovering new interests, or finding a renewed sense of meaning and purpose in this stage of your life.

You don't have to pretend these changes are easy, and you don't have to navigate them alone. Your life can still hold purpose, connection, growth, and meaning. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you discover what you want this next chapter of your life to look like.
