About me
As a licensed therapist in New Hampshire, I specialize in supporting individuals through life's complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on helping clients navigate challenges that can come with depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, aging challenges, and personal growth. I have expertise in addressing self-esteem, grief, communication barriers, anxiety, and depression.
My therapeutic approach focuses on empowering individuals to develop self-compassion and rediscover their sense of purpose. We will work on an individualized "toolbox" of strategies to use. I also believe that if we change our perspective we find solutions that we did not otherwise consider.
I understand that healing is a deeply personal journey. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, develop resilience, and cultivate meaningful change. Whether you're struggling with workplace stress, relationship challenges, family difficulties, aging adjustments, or seeking to understand yourself more deeply, I'm committed to walking alongside you with empathy and professional guidance.
