I have 33 years of combined clinical and clinical educator experience. I work mostly with post secondary students and adults to help them cope with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and anger in addition to those with ADHD and adjustments due to life challenges and transitions. I hope to provide ease of access/cost effectiveness services by providing an option for In-network and direct billing with a couple companies contractually working with-

I have a unique trifecta of clinical experience/clinical educator and Certified Yoga Teacher hats to work with the whole person. I am Certified - Dialectical Behavior Therapy and also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Energy Psychology. I come from a strong strength based and client centered approach.
