I provide a non-judgmental, empathetic, and safe space for my clients to be able to heal and grow. Do you ever feel as if no one understands you? I specialize in helping clients work through Major Depression, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Impulsive behaviors, Adjustment Disorders, Trauma, and Anxiety.
I can help you by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together we will identify and develop the necessary skills that will help you overcome the current barriers. I strive to help improve your current functioning at home, school, and work.
