I create a safe and compassionate space to help you bring your awareness into the present moment through your body and discover your answers from within. It's through your wholeness that you heal, and whatever your concerns are that have you seeking help, they are your gateway to discovering your inner truth about what you need and where you’re going.
Strong influences in my life’s work include; Transpersonal Psychology, Western Sufi Mysticism & the Dances of Universal Peace, The 'Embodied Present Process' of Philip Shepherd, Thomas Hubl’s work with trauma and mystical principles of healing, hiking in nature, and my extensive experience caring for people at the end of their lives and through their dying process. I've cared for many who have terminal diagnoses, dementia, grief, stress, anxiety, addiction, childhood traumas, and those who are committed to personal/spiritual growth.
