About me

I am a pre-licensed counselor who helps clients navigate trauma, grief, and racial identity through a culturally sensitive, faith-informed approach, drawing on my own experience as a Taiwanese American to help clients feel truly understood.

I work with clients navigating trauma, grief, sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach is holistic: rather than just addressing symptoms, I help clients explore the underlying emotional and relational patterns driving their current struggles, so the change that happens is lasting, not just surface-level.

With eight years of experience working with international students, I have a deep understanding of cross-cultural adjustment and speak conversational Mandarin Chinese. As a Taiwanese American, I've also personally navigated questions of racial identity, depression, and major life transitions, and that experience shapes how I show up for my clients.

I believe every person has inherent worth and was made to flourish in community. You are worthy of support, and meaningful growth is possible. While lasting change tends to unfold gradually, my clients also learn practical skills early on to help stabilize things along the way. If you're ready to start that process, I'd love to connect.
