I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with 15 years of experience. I provide compassionate counseling for teens, adults, and parents of autistic children. My goal is to help you find clarity, healing, and confidence through life's seasons and challenges.

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying the weight of stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or major life changes. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I work with teens (14+), college students, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and emotional wellness. I also have a special passion for supporting survivors of relationship violence as they heal, rebuild confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and reclaim their sense of safety and self-worth.

As a fellow autism parent, I understand the unique joys and challenges that come with raising an autistic child. I specialize in supporting parents of autistic children by providing emotional support, parent coaching, guidance through the IEP and special education process, and practical strategies to help families advocate confidently for their children while caring for themselves.
