About me
I provide warm, relational, and bilingual therapy for clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and family or relationship challenges. Together, we move at your pace to build insight, coping skills, and self-connection.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, grounding space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been neglected, hurt, or silenced. My style is warm, relational, and client-centered. I meet you where you are while gently helping you explore patterns, emotions, and relationships that shape your daily life.
I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults who are coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and family or relationship challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based methods with a deep respect for culture, identity, and lived experience. As a bilingual therapist, I provide sessions in both English and Spanish, allowing clients to express themselves in the language that feels most natural and healing.
In our work together, you can expect empathy, collaboration, and practical strategies to help you manage stress, regulate emotions, and build stronger connections with yourself and others. Whether you are beginning therapy for the first time or returning to deepen your work, I aim to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and meaningful for you.
