About me
My practice is open to adults and operates throughout Oregon using telehealth. I celebrate the opportunity to work with all cultures and identities. My work has primarily focused on supporting people in managing and overcoming challenges associated with anxiety and depression. I also specialize in assisting people with ADHD to understand and appreciate their unique strengths and perspectives.
I hold an MA in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon. I have been active in the field of mental health and social work for approximately ten years. When not providing therapy, I can be found spending time with my friends and family (including my many pets), in the garden or in nature.
