About me
I am a licensed mental health therapist with over 10 years experience working with children, adolescent and adults and a variety of racial backgrounds and ethnicities. Hablo Español. I graduated from Johns Hopkins University with honors Chi Sigma Iota and, I am a registered Play Therapist and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor in the State of Maryland.
My approach to therapy is holistic in nature and I work from a Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach while also borrowing techniques from human-centered disciplines. My experience is with people experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, mood disorders and difficult life transitions. My ideal client is seeking to find motivation and learn ways to improve their life journey. They are open to self-reflection, self-discovery, can be honest and vulnerable and have a deep desire to work on their issues in the pursuit of a fulfilling life. We will embark on an empowering therapeutic transaction that fosters healing, growth and mental health. Let’s make it happen!
