I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping my clients with diverse issues such as Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, and relationship issues. I have worked with individuals navigating the early stages of a chronic illness or a terminal diagnosis. I have supported their caregivers, family and survivors during their difficult and emotional journey.
I offer non-judgemental, empathic, person centered support tailored to each person's wants, needs and interests. We will work together to find healthy coping skills based on your strengths, we will decrease barriers and meet your goals in a way that supports your values and beliefs.
