About me
Have you ever found yourself overthinking a situation, assuming the worst, or reacting in ways you later wished you hadn't? Sometimes our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors become connected in ways that leave us feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or stuck in patterns we don't fully understand. My approach to counseling is grounded in a simple philosophy: Reflect. Rethink. Grow. By developing greater self-awareness, examining unhelpful thinking patterns, and learning practical coping strategies, we can begin making more intentional choices and meaningful changes in our lives. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over a decade of experience, I primarily work with adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, substance use concerns, and life transitions. My background also includes counseling adolescents, couples, families, and justice-involved individuals. Whether you're facing a difficult chapter, working through past experiences, or seeking to better understand yourself, you'll find a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to share your story at your own pace. Therapy is a partnership, and it would be a privilege to support you as you build practical skills, greater clarity, resilience, and personal growth. I offer therapy in English and Spanish.
