About me
I created Mindful Healing so teens could have a space to feel safe to be themselves. I am dedicated to helping teens and young adults learn to cope with anxiety and depression so they can live a life they love.
At Mindful Healing we are a team of teen experts that help teens learn to develop coping skills and accept themselves just the way they are in a place that was designed just for them. Our therapists help teens and young adults experientially gain the tools they need to make lasting changes in their lives. We offer individual and group therapy for teens and young adults with a focus on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, self-expression and trauma informed practices.
We specialize in working with people ages 13-35 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, suicidal thoughts, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder, and self-esteem. We have devoted our lives and professional careers to supporting teens and young adults and are passionate about helping teens develop skills to live a life they love.
We have developed a treatment process that works and is backed by science. We blend evidence therapy with experiential/holistic models to creatively connect with your teen and treat the whole person. Want to learn more about how to develop coping skills that work, contact us today!
**Mindful Healing offers in-person or telehealth sessions.
