About me
Whatever your reason for seeking help, it is my commitment to meet you where you are with compassion.
You have unique perspectives and experiences, shaped over time, and exploring these together can be an integral step in cultivating peace and growth.
I provide a safe space and use evidence-based techniques to help you create and work towards your goals. I incorporate humanistic, person-centered, psychodynamic and CBT techniques as well as trauma-informed care and mindfulness in my integrative approach to healing.
I work with adolescents and adults to help manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, chronic pain, and interpersonal issues. You are a person, not a diagnosis, and you deserve to feel empowered as you prioritize your mental health and wellness. Together we will collaborate on what works best for you, based on your specific needs and values.
