I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping teens and adults work through depression, grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, addiction, trauma, and family conflicts.
I am the owner of Complete Adult & Family Care. I was born in Brooklyn, NY but I’m a traveler at heart. I’m an extroverted mother of two (one diagnosed with autism), an enneagram 8, and a plant lover. I am also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I am licensed to service clients who live in Virginia and New York. I specialize in working through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, sexual assault, substance use, family conflicts, military trauma, gender reassignment, life adjustments, and managing parenting demands.
I value ‘talk therapy’. In my experience, you can learn a lot from someone simply by asking the right questions and having an open, objective ear to listen. So in a session with me, you can expect a safe and confidential space where you will be respected and can freely share without judgment. There are no right or wrong answers to the questions that I may pose to you. My goal is to provide and explore tools so life doesn’t feel so overwhelming. I want to help you feel supported and better equipped in your day-to-day activities.
