I know going to therapy can be hard - I see my job as helping you feel comfortable and safe to discuss the things you may never share with anyone else. I specialize in working with people dealing with trauma, compulsive sexual behaviors, anger, anxiety, and depression.

Maybe you look pretty functional on the outside, but inside you feel stuck or full of shame. You replay conversations, avoid things you know you need to face, fall back into old patterns, or wonder why something that “shouldn’t be a big deal” still has so much power over you. I work primarily with adults facing trauma, anger, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, depression, shame, and unwanted sexual behaviors (e.g., pornography addiction). You don’t need to have the right words or everything figured out before you see me. My goal is to create a safe space to bring the hard, messy, or uncomfortable parts of your story and process them together.
Therapy with me is not just nodding while you talk for 50 minutes. I use a mix of CBT, EMDR, DBT, IFS, and trauma-informed approaches, but your needs always drive my approach to therapy. We may process painful memories, build skills for managing emotions, or dig into patterns that keep showing up. We can go deep without making every session heavy.
Therapy can feel awkward, especially if you are not naturally a “talk about my feelings” person. That’s okay. You don’t have to know where to start. Bring what you are carrying, and I’ll meet you with curiosity, honesty, and humor as we work together toward greater health, freedom, and a life that feels more like your own.
