About me
I have been in clinical practice for 18 years and use an eclectic, client-centered approach tailored to support the individual’s needs of those navigating anxiety, burnout, familial stress, and challenges specific to women and minorities.
My approach is warm, grounded, and practical. I strive to create a space where you can be honest about what you're carrying without fear of judgment. My work draws from trauma focused CBT, narrative therapy, and solution-focused techniques to identify your areas of need as well as honor your unique story. With me, you'll find a therapist who listens deeply, validates your experiences, and offers genuine support, while also asking thoughtful questions that encourage growth and new perspectives. Together, we'll balance self-compassion with accountability, honoring your experiences while helping you build the confidence and tools needed to move forward to help you set realistic goals and make meaningful, sustainable change.
