Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California and Nevada with over 14 years of experience. I have acquired extensive experience working with diverse populations in a variety of settings which include: public child welfare, residential facilities, correction facilities, juvenile justice centers, hospitals (medical and psychiatric), adult day care centers, military bases (in the US and abroad), skilled nursing facilities, outpatient mental health agencies, private practice and telehealth. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, ADHD, adjustment issues, phase of life issues, medical problems, end life issues, career issues, relationship issues (family conflict, partner conflict, trust issues & poor communication), trauma (sexual assault, intimate, emotional abuse and physical), self esteem/self-confidence issues and spiritual/Christian related issues.

I utilize a strengths-based, person centered and humanistic approaches in my counseling sessions. I believe individuals make the greatest strides towards permanent change when they are respected and made to feel worthy overall.
