About me
I know seeking support and help can be a daunting experience, but I assure you that I will provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere that will allow you to heal and grow.
I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degree from Indiana University South Bend. With over 20 years of experience in social work case management, I have witnessed first hand the positive impact of therapy on individuals, including myself. This inspired me to pursue my Master's degree later in life to become a clinical therapist.
As an approachable and non-judgmental individual, I provide a safe space for clients to express themselves openly. My specialty areas include working with men on vulnerability and communication skills, as well as women seeking to rediscover themselves amidst various life roles.
I also helps individuals manage depression, anxiety, and relationship issues using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
