About me
Hello, and welcome. I'm Lessy Alexis, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, parenting concerns, trauma, grief, and difficulties managing everyday responsibilities. My professional experience includes outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination, giving me a holistic perspective on emotional wellness and the many factors that influence mental health.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, empathy, and without judgment. I strive to create a safe space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while feeling heard and understood.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered care. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring treatment to meet your individual needs, goals, and personal strengths. Together, we will identify practical strategies to help you overcome challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don't have to face life's challenges alone. Whether you're navigating anxiety, healing from past experiences, adjusting to a major life transition, or simply looking for personal growth, I'm here to support and empower you every step of the way.
I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
