About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to helping youth and adults take charge of their lives. I am passionate about working with my clients to address the challenges their emotional struggles or mental health may be causing and redirect their path back to what is most meaningful and enjoyable to them.
Your life is not looking the way you imagined. Your mind is giving you all sorts of negative messages and you are feeling down, depressed, overwhelmed, or anxious. Whether you are 16, 30, or 60, you deserve to enjoy your life every day. I work with mood disorders, anxiety and stress, trauma, adolescent issues, self-esteem challenges, grief and loss, and life transitions. I am a board approved supervisor for Social Workers in the state of Texas.
I am a person-centered therapist who believes in building self-awareness to identify values and overcome life’s challenges. I work collaboratively with clients to help reduce emotional dysregulation and impulsive behaviors and improve family and interpersonal relationships and overall quality of life.
Beginning therapy can be overwhelming, but it is the first step in taking back your life. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. We will work together to build skills, learn what is most important to you, and create a life that is filled with more meaning and joy, regardless of your current circumstances.
