About me
I have over 15 years experience helping adults through difficult times. I have a low-pressure, warm approach focused on creating an environment of safety and encouragement. I see therapy as a collaboration where we work together to discover and develop your strengths, skills and resources to help you feel and function better.
I have experience in helping individuals with a variety of concerns including grief/loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, health issues, addictions, and healing from trauma. My practice is LGBTQ affirming and I am sensitive to the needs of Trans and gender-nonconforming individuals.
I work with adults of all ages, genders, orientations, and racial/ethnic backgrounds. I have extensive experience with emerging adults, creative professionals and individuals in high public-trust professions such as law and healthcare struggling with mental health or addiction issues.
