About me
Clients can expect to leave each session feeling seen, validated, understood, and more self-aware. Building a healthy therapeutic rapport is deeply important to me, as a strong and trusting relationship is one of the most essential factors in creating meaningful and successful outcomes in therapy.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and earned a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from William Paterson University. I have eight years of experience in the mental health field, working across a variety of settings including inpatient hospitals, partial hospitalization programs, outpatient therapy, and respite services. I am passionate about supporting clients as they discover deeper insight about themselves and find meaning in their growth throughout the therapeutic process.
One of my greatest strengths is a heightened sense of awareness that allows me to “read the room,” notice subtle shifts, and respond thoughtfully to changes in reactions or emotions. I also bring strong active listening and observational skills into sessions, paying close attention to both verbal and nonverbal communication. Since much of human expression occurs through actions and behaviors rather than words alone, this awareness helps ensure clients feel fully seen, understood, and supported.
